Slow response time in TX CJ20N

Hi

Some  employees experience a very

slow reponse time when they use

tranasction CJ20N.

Checking the logs we see that

for these employees the system

performs a select statement on table AUSP

thousands of times.

I guess this sluggish performance

has to do with roles, but I'm not sure.

If anyone can suggest  what to check

I would be grateful.

Hi

Apparently it is a question of roles.

At looks as if the roles assigned causing

the slowdown in performance.

Assigning the roles from scratch

solved the problem.

Hi Yuval Peery,

Class and characteristic might have configured for the projects, So cj20n performance is low. check the substitutions/validations/Z-program which trigger at time of save in cj20n and fine tune them. Write to SAP for more technical assistance.

Hi

Let me explain: the problem is not related

to a particular WBS but to a group of employees.

Is it not the save operation that takes such a

long time but opening a new window even before

entering any values.

Any idea?
