SAP ITS getting Hang on Intermec CK71

Dear All,

I have activated all the required services for ITS. And the Webgui link is working fine in any Desktop Browser but when I am trying the same in Intermec Handle Device (CK71) with http is geting hang and with https its giving message browser not supported.. can any one help me on this..??

Hello Letz,

What Browser are you using on the Handle Device (CK71)?

You should be calling an ITSMobile Service rather than the WEBGUI Service.

We are using internet explorer browser on Handle Device.

I have a query..is it must to create templates..or we can run it on the standard one.??

Hello Letz,

You will need to create (ITSMobile) templates for any transaction that you are calling so as to convert it's Dynpro screens into HTML specific templates for a Handheld Device that is to be used to call the ITSMobile Service.
