ASU toolbox step during SAP GATEWAY 2.0 Upgrade using SUM tool

Hi Guys,

I am getting this step of ASU toolbox while trying to upgrade SAP GATEWAY 2.0 using SUM tool.I went through the SAP note 1000009 . Also I went to tcode /n/ASU/UPGRADE and got a list of notes.Is it obligatory to implement all these notes?

Pls help.

Hi Madhura,

Please put an effort to read all the obligatory notes and then see whether it is requirement to be implemented or not.

It is not mandatory to implement all the obligatory notes as some of them may not be relevant and non-impacting.

None of the notes were applicable for my system.So i just continued. The issue is resolved.

Yes, you should apply all notes what is applicable for your system.

/n/ASU/UPGRADE will provide some notes which provide information for next EHps which can be Skipped in /n/ASU/UPGRADE and marked as Skip/NR in /n/ASU/UPGRADE
