Hi All,
I would like to know how to transfer Long Text from Service Master (AC03) to Vendor Text (Notes and Attachements) in SRM Shopping Cart.
Thanks,
Sriram
Hi Sriram,
In SRM side, we usually transfer text between documents, such as SC to PO, or SRM PO to ECC PO.
The customizing for this is as below:
SRM Server
Cross-Application Basic Settings
Text Mapping
Text Mapping for Inbound and Outbound Texts
Text Mapping for Internal Texts
In fact, I don't quite understand the long text(AC03) in service master. Is it existing in SRM or ECC?
Please clarify this.
Best regards,
Ivy
