Lean Staffing Issue

Hello Gurus

I am new to SAP HR and trying to use Lean Staffing for scheduling employees to Projects.

- We have activated the below 4 Business Functions

PRS_ERP_CPILS_1

PRS_ERP_CPILS_2

PRS_GEN_UI

PRS_HCM_CPILS_1

- Later I added the below role to the Employee userid in SAP

SAP_SAWE_UNIVERSAL

Finally I assigned an employee to a Project using Staff Assignment.

Now I want to enter the Working Times for that employee against that Project.

However I am unable to see the Project in CAT2 in the Worklist tab.

Not sure how the functionality works, But Can you guys suggest me a way to enter the time sheets for the Project for which employees are assigned using Lean staffing ?

Hi Vinit,

Did you flag in the CATS Entry Profile in section Worklist: Lean Staffing?

( IMG-Cross Application Components - Time Sheet - Specific Settings for CATS regular - Record Working times - Set up data entry profiles- Section: Worklist: Lean Staffing).

Hi Monica

Yes .. The Data Entry Profile we are using is flagged for Lead Staffing in the WorkList section ...

Any more thoughts ?
