Mass download of contract attachments from eSourcing

Is there a way to mass download Contract documents i.e. PDF's or MS word attachments linked to Master Agreement in eSourcing?

We are on version 5.1 (  SAP® E-Sourcing Release 4.2 SP3 )

We are moving from eSourcing to Ariba so we want to download all the perpetual agreements  from eSourcing and upload them in Ariba.

Hi Krishna,

There currently isn't anything out of the box to do this.  You can work with SAP Consulting to get some services to build some extracts for you.  We've done this sort of thing on a consulting basis for several customers to meet various needs.

Hi Christopher,

There isn't anything standard in the application at this time to extract contract attachments.  It still generally requires some consulting support.  Have you actually done this in the past with the help of consulting?  We have several consultants that have a good bit of experience with this.

For metadata, unless there's a lot of collection data that you need, you can usually get use one of the dynamic queries to extract the metadata that you need.  Have you looked at that?
