I have installed XI 7.01 and done some post-install step like running the PI_00 through PI_11 templates but now unable to start Integration Builder

Thanks Adil, This is a test system and we are doing POC demo so wouldn't want to go that route. I found another solution.
From the XI start screen (http://hostname:50000/rep/start/index.jsp ---> Administration (on top right corner)
and click on both the buttons at the following locations:-
Repository (tab) -> Java Start Administration -> Re-initialization and force-signing
Directory (tab) -> Java Start Administration -> Re-initialization and force-signing
And re-try. Hope this will help someone in future.
