Error in Alert Configuration in SAP PI 7.0

Hi All,

We are configuring the Alerts in SAP PI 7.0 system as per the below article.

When any message went into the error, the error alert get generated in alert inbox. But the container variables are not getting filled in alert message except sender service. We are testing this alert configuration with mapping error.

We know the below SAP Note. But I don't think its relevent to our problem.

Can any body know any SAP note or any solution for this problem?

Hi,

Which Container element are you using. Please do a check in alrtcatdef transaction and save it again.

What text are you receiving in alert inbox or report SXMSALERT_LOGREADER.

Hi Darshana - Can you also go through the SAP note 913858 - XI Alerting: Troubleshooting

Under FAQ, there are couple of notes suggested. May be you can validate and impliment if they are applicable to you.
