User sessions not killed even after there logoff

  user is having two instance one is central instance and secound is application instance most of the users are logging into central instance while i logged in his system and check that user session is not getting killed even if the user logged off and showing that


NO SESSIONS AVAILABLE(USER ALREADY LOGGED OFF?)

kindly help on this

Hi,

Can you please post some dev_w* log that reports about the issue.

Also check.

SM04... select the user and then in menu

User --> Log off user --> system wide.

If it dosen't help your problem , please look this note ;

What is the kernel release.

Check the parameter rdisp/gui_auto_logout via RZ11. If it is 0, it means no logout occurs, if it is lets say 600, it means after 600 seconds of being idle, system auto logouts the user

Hello

Check this SAP note

678214 - User cannot be deleted in transaction SM04

Update the kernel and see if that helps.
