standard screens of SUS

Hi, I would be grateful if someone could help me with this issue:

 

I’m working with SRM-SUS 5.

I don’t know if I must do any action o customizing in order to view correctly the standard screens (PO sus Search, delivery notices..)

Now, I can see them incomplete, for example, I can see the buttons of print or donwnload, but not the search filters or the results (and actually there are PO sus created in the system)

Any idea??

I can see the PO SUS (bus2230) in the BBP_PD, but if I logon in Portal as a vendor contact person, I can't see any of these PO

(if i logon with a superuser, i can't see them)

Hi Laura,

I assumed that you are searching for the POs in SRM. Now I understand that the issue is within SUS and user who login as vendor contact person can not see any POs created.

Can you please check the roles (ABAP/Portal) for this user and check for any auth which is hampering the viewing of the POs?

Can you check if in POWL_COCKPIT the corresponding query is registered?

The tx POWL_COCKPIT doesn`t exit in my SUS system

Hi,

Can you check if the role is consistent and the vendor user is correct.

Yes, there is a user created in the org. structure with all roles in attribute role.

If I verify the user in the ppoma_bbp,  system notices this message:

                 “There is no attribute for the BBP stage"

Do you know what this means?
