Unable to select the system under "REPORT A PRODUCT ERROR"

Hi Experts,

Am unable to select the system under the "REPORT A PRODUCT ERROR" in SMP.

i found an new column "supported by" and am allowing to click on that.\

Find the below error screen shot and suggest me ASAP am stuck at implementation project.

Am suppose to raise an OSS message for registering router.

Hi every one,

Thanks for the support  mean while i have raised it to sap also.

he asked me to provide the S_user ID and password after am unable to login now with the old password.

And now am clear on the INCIDENT issue. But the other prob is now started with S-user ID will there be any chance of know the present password.

Hello Shiva,  Jamie is right,  that option on SAP block the functionality to create oss message directly on marketplace and the users from that customers have to send the message trough solution manager from Alttab Africa....

The reason is that Alttab is the VAR from that customer, so you have to contact to your customer DAWA(if I'm right)  and they should know the users to accés into Alttab solution manager with the same Oss user but diferent password.

the send to SAP process is done on solman VAR scenario.
