  I need to create a delivery with 2 or more orders for the same customer.

    I did everything using but it did not work.

    Anyone can kown what I need to do?

Hi Friend,

    Kindly go and check the customer master for the same and also check some copy control setting.

Hi Clayton:

If you are certain that all split criterial fields in the orders are identical, then what is the copy control at item level maintained in your system?

you may refer to 399912: Split analysis activation during delivery creation so that you have a direct view.

SSNote 11162 has a detailed solution of analyzing invoice split scenario using debugging, maybe you can apply the same method in your delivery notes and see what is causing the split.

Hello Clayton,

Since you already have gone through the above link, there is something more that you will have to check.

Probably some master data settings or copy comtrol setting is causing the split. You can also check the log while creating the Delivery to know the cause of the split.
