smp 2.3 are supported workflow module yes or not?

if yes so what configuration? tools?

and

how to create new user in scc?

first is supAdmin bt other user create so how can this possible?

What do you mean by workflow module ? Are you Referring to HWC apps ?

which tools are used in develop in workflow application in smp 2.3?

smp 2.3 and sup are same process  :give answer yes or no in workflow application?

The process is the same in SUP and SMP 2.3 in the case of WF app development.

there is no difference between hybrid app development (old name is workflow) in 2.2 and 2.3 development.

right click on project>new>hybrid app designer

in earlier version it was named as "workflow editor"
