Workcenter and Plant for WC field are not editable in QM02 transaction.

Hi All

I have created automatic notification after MIC fails.After this I want add Plant and WC filed on general screen in the notification but it is not possible to edit these field Via QM02 Transaction .

Can Anybody help how to address in this Problem.

No.. WC and plant are defined in the inspection plan or material spec setup and copied into the inspection lot.  Once copied in they cannot be changed.

When the notification is created the WC and plant is copied from the inspection lot and is not editable.

I hope you don't want to change these values.  If they aren't populated in means you didn't set them up in the master data of the inspection plan to start with.  They aren't meant to be added in at a later date.

I have check the solution you suggested but not worked. In my case WC and plant is maintained in routing but not fetched during automatic notification.

Is any other setting or reason please suggest?

When you look at the 03 inspection lot are you seeing the workcenter in the inspection lot?
