Error while inserting request details of Change account request in GRC AC 10.0

Hi Experts,

I am getting error like ' Error while inserting request details '

I am Creating a Change account request through end user Logon, while submitting the Request its showing error message 

Error while inserting request details but I filled all the mandatory fields in the request form.

Details : GRC AC 10.0, SP-12.Could you please help me on this...Thanks in advance.

Hi Rupesh,

Please check :

1. End user Login User Type is service user or not
2. End user Login User having SAP_ALL &SAP_NEW profile along with All GRAC Roles.

If not please maintain and check. It would be helpful.

paste screenshot details.. check in st22 if any dumps.

..moreover go to request type and see in its mapped to any request.
