To forward workitem without sending email notifications

Hello Experts,

One of our approver wants to have the workitem to be forwarded without sending email notifications in outlook.

As one of the solution, we made the email id blank of the approver user profile in SRM  and then created SC , the workflow forwarded the work item  to approver without triggering email notification.

However, the client wants us to look for other option.

Please could you suggest me some options to prevent email notifications.

Hello Abhishek,

use RECIPIENT_GET method from BBP_OFFLINE_APP_BADI BAdI implementation in order to filter out users you do not want to be able to use offline approval.

Hello Laurent,

for your information,

We were able to restrict email notification by excluding the forward flag in attributes of user.

With forward flag exclusion, the workitem will be forwarded to the user for approval withpout triggering email notification.
