SAP Fiori homepage is blank

I enter the following link on my browser http://<server>......<port>/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/launchpage/index.html?sap-client=700.This link corresponds to the homepage for SAP Fiori apps. However I am getting a blank screen as seen below.What may the issue?

Hi Benita,

When you test the Launch Page service, Index.html page gets triggered.

In place of it, you need to explicitely give home.html.

Hope this solves the issue.

For  My Leave Request, I have this role SAP_GBHCM_LEAVE_REQUEST_EMPL maintained in su01 .Is this the correct way for assigning a role to a user?

Yes this role needs to be assigned to the user.

Have you checked if the service is activated in SICF.

Also , please check if you get any message in transaction /iwfnd/view_log.

Also, i would suggest try testing the UI5 service URL directly from SICF.

No. It is the role in backend side.

Please check the section "2.6.1.2 Add Apps to the User's Home Page" in the install guide.

Required roles are listed in the install guide.

All the required services are activated in sicf.And i tried the homepage link from SICF still it isnt displaying any apps.

The roles required are present in transaction PFCG as mentioned in "2.6.1.2 Add Apps to the User's Home Page" in the install guide.

However i cannot access the document 'Configuration of user and role administration' which is specified in the same section.

How do I get the apps (for example: My leave request ,approve leave request,etc.) on the homepage??

Correct html is home.html.

/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/launchpage/home.html

It is documented in the page 23 of installation guide.
