IDOC scenario error

Hi Experts,

Please help me to get a clear view on the below matter:

>IDOC is successfully triggered from r3 & it’s showing in we05 & we19 fine.(both in abap & pi, config is fine).however, in pi it’s not showing. what is the error & where we can sort this out?
