Heterogenous Migration of GRC AC

We have GRC AC Version 530.700 SP20 installed on the AS Java of a SAP BW system. Now it is planned to migrate the GRC component to the AS Java of the Solution Manager. I can find the installation information in the "Installation Guide - SAP GRC Access Control 5.3". However, how do I migrate the current settings/workflows from the source to the target system? They are not only different SAP components, they are also running on different database systems (Oracle vs. MaxDB). There is SAP note 1251014 about homogenous GRC system copies, but I didn't find any information about heterogenous system copies. Any advice?

After reviewing the landscape we decided not to move the GRC AC component. It looks like there is no viable approach for a heterogenous migration except a standard heterogenous AS Java system copy.
