CCLM

Hi,

I am working on CCLM these days & have configured it in solution manager. I am able to view dashboards. But am unable to interpret the results (on what basis I am getting output values). For Custom Code Usage, I am getting Zero used objects in Adhoc reporting whereas Dashboard is giving some values for the same. Attached Screenshot.. Please Suggest.

Thanks in advance..

About Error

You need to Install in RSA1 - BI content object 0SM_CCL_OBJECT_COUNT, after this errors will gone.

Hi Dan,

I activated the queries using same steps only... But I am getting this error when I try to activate 0SM_CCL_OBJECT_COUNT query...

Is there anything else that needs to be done for activating 0SM_CCL_OBJECT_COUNT query..

Thanks

Hi Megha,

I did tried this on my sandbox Solman and its worked, without any errors.

What is your SP level ?

Can you please check BW configuration in SOLMAN_SETUP is it okay or may be you have errors on BW level its in basic configuration as i remember.

Hi Megha,

What is your solution manager version?

To get the usage dashboard you need to activate UPL in managed systems? have you done?

https://websmp107.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700000426872012E

more over BI content for CCLM is not part of the standard setup, we need to manually install all the needed queries

follow exactly as in the above guide page 16

This fix your issue.

Please update.

Thanks

Hi Jansi,

Solution Manager version is 7.1. I have already executed the steps on page 16.

The thing is the usage data in dashboards does not match with used objects in Adhoc Reporting.

Please suggest..

Hi Megha,

My sandbox system was SP08, if you make upgrade its always better have a last SP lvl.

But someone prefers stable version for now i think it is SP08 and in feature mb SP11 just my opinion.

Hi Luis,

Data Collectors are already scheduled

Is it necessay to to have all data collectors scheduled..

bcoz following data collectors are

SM_CCL: STATM_<SID>_<installation number>

SM_CCL: STATW_<SID>_<installation number>

are not running properly due to errors..

In my opinion these are just to get monthly or weekly status..

Thanks
