How can I copy a action profile?

   Dear All,

I am new to this...... How can I copy an action profile like below?.....

Which transaction can I use?

" The default action profile for the transaction type SMIN is SMIN_STD. SAP recommends you to copy the

  profile into the customer naming space (which must begin with Z or Y). This will ensure that changes will

  not be overwritten in case of an upgrade.

The recommended name for the copy is ZMIN_STD. "

  Any help would be apreciated.

Hi Nicole,

Just go to edit mode and choose F6 button save it ant Z or Y name.

Can you be more specific on your answer? Which transaction do I use to copy a profile? as in PFCG it needs the role!

OK,

Run SPPFCADM Tcode mark from upper table crm_order and clik on define action profile and actions. Switch to edit mode find SMIN_STD mark it and chose F6 from keyboard or choose two whtie cards icon. On the nesxt screen provide zmin_std name and choose enter save it and it's done .

Hi Nicole,

If you are planning for ITSM configuration and copying ZMIN business transaction type.

Go to solman_steup -> incident management -> step: 2 configure standard tran -> copy transaction type -> it will copy all the required ZMIN business transaction type details.

Hi Kamil,

Great answer but I get stuck after pressing F6...... I cannot copy the profile...... The save button is grayed out....

What do you think? I am forwarding the screenshot!

Thank you for your help.... It is for that configuration that I am looking into this transaction. But I need to copy the profile SMIN_STD and not the transaction..... In that report I only see the SMIN transaction.

  In the manual it says to copy the profile and not the transaction ...

  Will it work in anycase?

Hi Nicole,

Karthik is right, dont copy only single action profile, use report!

p.s. About save button grayed out, hit Enter before saving.

Hi Nicole

Change SMIN_STD to ZMIN_STD SMIN_HEADER to ZMIN_HEADER also you can use progam mentioned by Karthik,

Thanks to all it worked fine... I will use the option from Solman to copy the whole transaction......
