cant see the customs declaration document in GTS System

HI GTS Experts,

I Created  sales order in ECC System, I can see the customs document in GTS System.

Delivery and Billing documents also created in ECC  , But i could not see the customs declaration document in the GTS System.

I did below settings :

1) In ECC :Configure Control Settings for Document Transfer

2) In GTS:Define Document Types for Application Areas

3) in GTS: Activate Document Types for Application Areas

4) in GTS: Assign Document Type at Feeder System Level

5) in GTS:Assign Document Type at Feeder System Group Level

Please let me know OR Correct me  , if i miss any thing apart from above those settings.

Hi Phani,

Transfer of the billing document will only take place if the Shipping Point and Ship-to are in different countries, and not both in the EU.

In the ERP "Plug-In", you need to make sure that the BAdI for transfer of billing documents is turned on.

In GTS, you also need to assign the Item Category (e.g. TAN) to the GTS equivalent (usually 'CLPOS').

And you need to set up the default Activity Sequence determination, for the Legal Regulation and Target Procedure ('04').

By the way, you don't need to assign the Document Type at Feeder System level if you have already done it at Feeder System Group level (recommended).
