Hi Experts,
Can We check the file system through GUI level? Normally I will connect the server through OS level and goto the files.
If possible, let me know the T-Codes on this.
Hi Dheen,
You can use tx AL11 to browse the files.

My scenario is BASIS We can access in OS level for checking the file system. Here people asking to check files. We caouldnt share OS level password to others that's why We are required to access in GUI level.
If program to be executed, each and every time do we need to run this program?
Is there any specific T-code for accessing files like want to see work folder?

Yes you have to run this program every time you want to execute OS commands.

Tx AL11 can let you view the contents under SAP directories.

"Here people asking to check files."
I assume people here only need check some files under certain directories. Another way is to setup secure FTP on your OS level and create an account that can access those directories. That's what I did for my scenario that function guys wanted to test and check Idoc file generated from SAP or imported to SAP. They can log on FTP server using Windows Explorer, display content in IE as well as download or upload Idoc files.

Hello
Check whether the program RSBDCOS0 satisfies your needs

I will piggyback this answer: Execute "RSBDCOS0 " via SE38. You can run a df -g or -h, -k, depends on OS to see the utilization of the filesystems via the SAP GUI. Even the df -g . (space dot, for the current filesystem) works.
