How to download images from agentry server to mobile device in syclo?

Hi Experts,

I have created a new folder in agentry server and uploaded images in to that folder.Now i want to download those images  into the mobile device.To achieve  downloading i have defined a "File System Document Management Step" named "File Download" .In the generated "FileDownload.bat" file i have specified the image to be downloaded and at object level,for a field with external data property i have specified the path where the images to be downloaded .But could not succeed.Is there any other way to do this?
