Hi,
First of all you need Qualitative MIC for this.
Next you need to make code- code group in QS41 for catalog type 1.
Then you need to create a selected set for the above codes (using QS51)
Next you assign that selected set to this MIC (And later to inspection plan and all that stuff)
When you do result recording, you can see all the codes with the help of F4 and save the results.

I didn't say 'Sampling procedure'.
Is your MIC Qualitative? Have you assigned the selected set to this MIC??
Unless you don't maintain the above settings, you cannot enter the qualitative (char format) results.
You would also need to reset your existing inspection lots using QAC3 if you want these changes to affect them since this would be applicable for thereafter created lots.

Hi,
As suggested by Nitin & some other option please follow the below steps for your better under standing.
1. Create codes (OK/ not ok./partial ok.) & code group in QS41 for catalog type 1.
2. Then you need to create a selected set for the above codes (using QS51).
3. Create inspection characteristic (Master inspection characteristic(MIC)) with Qualitative option in header &

Dear All,
all settings are there, but in result recording screen for that MISc F4 button nothing is showing.
It should come as per above screen shot(after double click on result recording),but for that perticular MICs, Code & code group is not showing.how to fetch code & code group for that MICs.
Any other soluation for this issue.

OK. Pl check one thing assuming you have correctly maintained all the setting s mentioned above.
When was the inspection lot generated? If you have modified the MIC later on, then you have to re assign it to the respective inspection plan. Thereafter, you need to reset your inspection lot to see changes.
Besides, after modifying the MIC and re assigning it to inspection plan, newly created inspection lots wouldn't have any issue.
Use QAC3 to reset your inspection lot.
