"Assign only one customs number to customs number 87141000900"

Dear GTS gurus,

currently we face the following issue during upload of HS codes:

When we try to start the automatic reclassification this error message pops up.

I already checked table /SAPSLL/CTSNUM but there is only one unique data set for this customs number.

It's the first time we came across this error message and we are not sure on how to proceed/what to check in the system.

Maybe this helps: When we uploaded the HS code files we faced this error message:

(even though the customs number exists in the database table)

After this message we were able to create the worklist and within the next step of automatic reclassification the other error message popped up.

Any suggestions?

Cheers

Greg

Hi Greg,

The error message is issued when you (or in this case, your Data Provider) try to replace one old Tariff Code with more than one new Tariff Code during re-classification.

I don't think the upload error is directly relevant to the re-classification error.

Probably you should go back to your Data Provider and ask about the problem.

Hope that helps,

Dave
