Message information in Incident is showing as development system

Hi Experts,

The mail content of the identified support team is showing System Type as "Development system".

The Incident has been created from Production System only.

Also in SAP collaboration area, the system type is getting updated as "Development System".

Please help to identify the reason for this.

Thanks & Best Regards,

Kiran Sathyan

Hello Kiran, It can be due to different reasons:

The information on "SAP Collaboration area" is from SAP Marketplace, have you downloaded that system from SAP marketplace ? if yes, got to service.sap.com -> system data and check if the system is flagged as productive system.

Other reasons come from SMSY -> logical component, where you can assign a system rol to the logical component, check if the rol of that system in the logical component is productive/live.

Luis

Hi Kiran ,

Please check the corresponding system's entry in SMSY/LMDB for the role mentioned for the system .
