Fiori Approve Requests

Hi Guru's,

We are using Fiori Approve Request application to show the custom workflow tasks for Approval.

I see some Question marks and error message on the tile in home screen

Required notes like 1850312 are not applicable to the version of component which I am using IW_PGW - SP04 as they are already delivered in the support package.

When I check in the ST22 there is no error but Gateway error log gives the error

T100 Error ID - /IWFND/MED180

Icf Node - OData

Error Text - Database lock for Service 'ZTASKPROCESSING_0001' could not be set.

Component - OPU-FND-CS

Package - /IWFND/MED_PER_DEV_LANGU

Namespace - /IWPGW/

Appreciate the Pointers, Suggestion, and Solutions.

What did you set in the tile customizing?

Service URL:

Target URL:

You can get error details and call stack in the transaction /IWFND/ERROR_LOG and inspect elements on browser.

Service URL: /sap/opu/odata/iwpgw/taskprocessing;mo/ScenarioCollection/?$filter=key eq ‘ABSENCE_FORM‘

Target URL: /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/ui5_ca_all_apv/index.html?backToHome=true&scenarioId=ABSENCE_FORM

Hi Ravitheja,

Please make sure the ' is the correct single quote character.

When you call the Target URL with host and port, does it work fine without launch page?

I have double checked the quote character and when the Target URL is called i works fine.

Even from the launch page also it works fine. But still I see ??? where I am supposed to see Taskcount.

May I know what are all the possibilities where I might have gone wrong or some of the reasons why this tile could throw an error message.

Hi Masa,

This is the error I encounter when I look through the inspect element

Failed to update data via service /sap/opu/odata/iwpgw/taskprocessing;mo/ScenarioCollection/?$filter=key eq ‘ABSENCE_FORM‘: HTTP request failed - 400 Bad Request -  sap.ui2.chips.tiles.dynamic.DynamicTile

You are correct it was problem with the single quote.
