Hi,
We've been running the crystal html viewer fine on version IE10 but Microsoft just released IE11 and now our reports do not function properly in IE11. For example, we cannot see the entire report. Controls do not respond.
Is there a fix for this?
thx,
Mark
From Supported Platforms:
Noting IE 11 (Preview), I suspect the issue is that there have been changes in Preview vs. Release. We'll have to test this and if the issue is confirmed submit to R&D for a fix. As an FYI, next available Service Pack for submitting of new issues is SP 9. ETA; end of March 2014. I will update this Discussion once I have tested this. Please note that there are no guarantees that the fix will be in SP 9.

Hello Mark,
I also have issues with IE11(unable to use the treeview and change pages) and found the following Microsoft fix that solve my problem, maybe it will help you also before the releasing of the SP9.
Update is available for the .NET Framework 4 (October 2013)
If you check the patch version of your server it should read KB2836939v3
Hope it helps.
Thank you.
Charles
Have any other users made progress in resolving Report Viewer issues in IE 11? I maintain a site that has been in production for many years. It uses a CrystalReportViewer control to display reports to the user. The .NET 4 upgrade isn't an option fo rthis project at this time, as the site is still running on .NET 2
Reports viewed in the Report Viewer in IE 10 or lower look great. The same reports viewed in IE 11 are completely spread out and horrific looking. Any ideas what may correct this?

What version are the CR assemblies referenced in your project?
