SAP GRC HR trigger data encryption

Dear all.

We have set up HR trigger for certain casuistics such new employee or change position.

We would like to know a couple of questions:

1. Is it possible to resctrict the information that goes trough SAP HR to SAP GRC?. For example i don't care the changes done for the infotype 0003 or others.
2. If not, is it possible to encrypt the information that goes trough SAP HR to SAP GRC? How?

I think many companies could be worried about the HR confidential information that could be send to other systems.

Any idea? SAP should took this into account once it was being designed, wasn't it?
