I would like to know if we have any parameters to flush stuck RFC Call (CPI-C) in BW system.

Hi Shanthosh,
The caller application has to close the RFC connection. If it does not happen it is a bug.
First check if the problem happens with the latest SAP Kernel patch. The latest one includes some gateway related fixes.
