Hi all
I wanna archive some materials which are not used anymore. First of all, using SE38, I executed program MMREO001 and then, while running MMREO050 I face this error:
"Structure IBCOMP is not known in the ABAP Dictionary
Message no. BA123
Diagnosis
Structure IBCOMP is contained in the definition of archiving object or
archiving class MM_MATNR. This structure is not recognized by the ABAP
Dictionary in the SAP System.
System Response
Archiving is terminated.
Procedure
If you are using an SAP archiving object, report this information to
SAP. If you are using a customer archiving object or a customer
archiving class, remove structure IBCOMP from the definition of
archiving object or archiving class MM_MATNR ."
Can anyone help me?
Regards,
Mona
Hi Mona
As per note
945450 IBASE archiving class uses IBCOMP and IBPART
Please carry out the following steps and test again:
1. Call transaction ACLA.
2. Select the class IBASE.
3. In the dialog structure, select the entry 'Tables to be Archived'.
4. Delete the tables IBCOMP and IBPART.
5. Save the changes.
Hope this can help!

It actually looks like you have more than just 1 problem.
Regarding message W4125: since this message stands alone - usually it should appear together with another message telling the exact reason - I think the following OSS note is not in your system: 1329723 - GLM: Information is missing when you archive a material
Further, see the message in the status bar, without fixing this you cannot run it as a production run. Please see
before doing Material archiving i recommend you to have a look at these sap notes
Hi,
Could you try with SARA transaction with object MM_MATNR

Archiving of material master record first needs to mark for deletion the material for respective plants and the run the program for archiving.
