Free goods on scheduling agreement

Dear Experts

I have activated free goods on determination on scheduling agreement, while I am creating scheduling agreement VA31, system triggers this and not determined the free goods item

Also I have changed sales document category on VOV8 to C 'Sales order' but not working yet.

Any idea?

Hi Friend,

    There are some business scenario where it is not possible to determine free good in the standard sap system.

    Because :

• Document category is not from Sales Order Category (VBTYP <> 'C')
• Bill of Material
• Production Selection
• Configurable Item.
• Scheduling agreement & forecast delivery schedule.
• Lower Level Item.
• Item without schedules line.
• Item with active ingredient management.

Actually I don't find any logical reasons why SAP apply only free goods for sales order (document type = 'C')? Is not there any workaround to be applied on schedule agreement also?
