Unable to get diagnostics agent from SLD Server

During the SLD configuration, step 6.3 has be trying to get agents, but I receive the following error messages:

SOAP:1.007 SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP Code 401 : Unauthorized")

Web service invocation problem on host solman1.chemadvisor.lan and port 8000 protocol : http logical port name : LP_WS_SMDAGENT_MONITORING

The most relevant information that I've found is SAP Note 1663549. I've gone through the steps of recreating the logical ports. They test ok. I'm assuming that I have a bad username/password somewhere. Where do I find the location of the username / password being used to get the diagnostics agents located on the localhost? The 'Select the SLD Server' box is filled out appropriately with the FQDN.

Thank you. Re-running the user creation step of the Solution Manager Configuration and then running the diagnostics setup script, the agent appeared.
