Message processor, status profile influence

Hi,

Where in customizing do you prevent the message processor from setting certain statuses?

If I am message processor I cannot change the status of an incident to solved (I can't select it from the list, it is absent), I was wondering where this is controlled in SAP.

this is SSM 7.1 SP08

Hi,

Thanks that solved it. I forgot to check the badi CRM_ORDER_STATUS implementations. I do find it a bit sloppy of SAP to control the proces that they want with badis. This makes a lot more sense to make this a customizing entry.
