SAP GUI 7.30 issue with download

Hi all,

I have the following issue:

I tried to download SAP GUI for Windows (SAP GUI for Windows 7.30). I have selected the file and I clicked on "Add my download basket".

In "my download basket" the status is "available to download"; but the trick is that there are no buttons like "click here to download". Also nothing is happening. I tried to click on file, a new window opens but is says HTTP 403 error (website declined to show this page).

I have to await the approval?

Do you know by chance where the problem is?

Did you try to download with SAP Download Manager?

yes and it's the same thing.

There is no buttons like "click here to download".

Help me.

Can your SAP Download Manager connect sucessfully to SMP and read the Basket content?

Is the object you want to download listed in Download Manager?

I have no SAP download manager. I would download it, but how can I to download it if there is no button like "click here to download"?

Yes, I can access:

• I click "Version for Windows"
• it open a new popup blank
• I cannot download

Does your S-User have Download Authorization?

Please follow the instructions in the previous link to see what authorizations you have already.
