Dear Rajesh,

May I know your exact requirement? Basically, Pricing in Delivery is used to determine those conditions which belong to Delivery document like Postage cost or freight cost. Anyway,you can get it path given by Mr. Karuna.

But Please read the below notes given by SAP-

1. You do NOT use the delivery document to replicate order-related conditions or to calculate them again (to update them). If you use them in this regard there is a risk that the data basis in the order is not the same as the data basis in the delivery and unintentional price differences may result from this. The 'order' document is sold-to party-oriented in its data composition and the 'delivery' document is ship-to party-oriented.
2. As only special processes are supported in the concept of delivery pricing as described above, not all fields that are available in the order or in the billing are filled in the communication structures of delivery pricing.
3. Inbound deliveries or shipping notifications do not support pricing. You can assign a pricing procedure for pricing to an inbound delivery but pricing is not supported operationally. For this reason you cannot display price condition screens for inbound deliveries.

Hi,

You can assign pricing procedure to delivery type LE-->Shipping -->Basic shipping functions -->Pricing--> define pricing proc for delivery.

Also, set price source as D delivery in copy control between delivery-->billing document

Dear Karuna'

In delivery we cant maintain price right ? only when ever we want to add some freight charges in delivery we have to add in delivery , that is also not possible in sap stranded

so plz make me clear ..what is use of creating seperate pricing procedure for delivery ?

Hi Geetha,

you can add pricing in delivery, it cab be used for deliveries without reference to sales orders, could be for samples, replacements or any such specific business requirements.

If your process is sales order>>delivery>>billing document, you can redetermine pricing at billing doc level if required.

Dear Karuna,

Geetha is right. We can't copy the Sales order Pricing to Delivery.

Also the Pricing Procedure used in Sales order cannot be used in Delivery.

In Delivery we can maintain Shipping cost. Pricing procedure related to Shipping cost can be configured.
