Dashboards & Crystal reports are not Showing in Android Mobile

Hi Experts,

We Updated SAP BO 4.0 system from SP4 to 4.1 SP2.

Server : Windows Server 2008 R2

BO Server : SAP BO 4.1 Service Pack 2

Android OS: Jelly Bean 4.1.2

Smart Phone: SAMSUNG Note1

Diagonal Screen Size: 5.3 inchs

*  Webi, Crystal reports are in the Corporate Category.

*  Administrator has saved Dashboards as "Mobile Only "  or "Mobile and Desktop Only".

*  Webis are working fine in the Android Mobile (Samsung Note1).

*  Dashboards and Crystal Reports are not visible in Android Mobile(Samsung Note1).

To see the dashboard in the screen size has to be more than 7 inches for Android..

Try with a android tablet larger than 7 inches and the dashboard should show up correctly..

Hi! I cant see Crystal reports in my andriod mobile.

I have:

*  Crystal reports are in the Mobile Category

I see it in Iphone and Ipad, but not in Android mobile or tablet. And I can see dashboard in android tablet.

Server : Windows Server 2008 R2

BO Server : SAP BO 4.1 Service Pack 3

Android OS: 2.3.6

Smart Phone: SAMSUNG beem

Any idea?

Crystal reports are not supported for Android Devices.

Hi,

Its problem due to screen size , so try with a android tablet larger than 7 inches and the dashboard should show up correctly
