Condition value tabs in sales order

Please can someone explain the relevance of the two Condition Value columns in the 'Conditions' tab within order/billing documents, in the 'Pricing Elements' table. Why are there two columns for Condition Values?

Hi

There was a discussion about this topic in which we had a lot of posts and reasons that why there are two columns but we couldn't get the exact reason. In my opinion at that time and for now as well it is because of multiple currencies. Pricing procedure where we use multiple currencies system use these two columns to show value.

There were also some other valid points which I couldn't remember at this time.
