Hi Experts,

I have saw this error in  ST22 almost everyday, may I know what is the error is this ?

I have viewed few discussion about this but seem like no solution on that.

Attached is the log file from ST22.

Hi,

It looks that the dump was created by not standard service but a z service(zitsm_th_700).

Can you check what is this service used for.

This zitsm_th_700 is internet service using to publish to web.

Are you sure this dump caused by this service zitsm_th_700 ?

Hi,

As per the dump i could only see this as reference point to start with. can check if some service is being using it and that particular time you get the error.

Check this note and see if it helps.

Can you check if there are any errors in SM21 log. Was the WP terminated manually with core ?

Are you using ITCAM Agent for SAP? If yes, what is version of ITCAM Agent? When and how often you gets these dumps? What actions will be performed before? What OS version you are using? What release of SAP NetWeaver you are using?
