Consume Packing material during shipping w/o HUM

Hi All,

       Our scenario is, packing material may be vary based on shipping/delivery material and it's qty. Is it possible to consume this packing material during delivery instead of doing GI to cost center latter? Is there any option/possibility to enter this packing material and it's qty during delivery for consumption from our stock? How we will do this process, what's the best practice? Could you please suggest the process flow?

     Thanks. Could you please elaborate  how we can maintain the packing process? since our packing material and it's qty will be vary based on shipping material and it's qty. So we can't predict earlier until unless shipping. how we can enter our packing material and it's qty during delivery? is it possible to calculate auto consumption or want to enter manually? Please clarify.

         Thanks, That link explains about configuration steps. Where we have to maintain the finished material and packing material relation and it's ratio? How system will pick automatically during shipping? Since, in our scenario, we can able to determine the packing material and it's qty only during delivery/shipping of the specific material. Any other suggestion.
