Not able to view 'Integration Engine' option in PI 7.31 Monitoring Home page

Dear Experts,

We are on PI AEX 7.31 SP 06. We have just started using this and are in the process of slowly gaining familiarity. It is a Java only stack that we are using. However, in the Monitoring Home page under the 'Monitoring' tab, only the Common, Adapter Engine and Mapping Runtime options are visible to us. The Integration Engine and Business Process Engine options are not visible. What could be the reason for this issue? Could it be a role, or otherwise?

The main aim of this exercise was to perform qRFC monitoring in the Integration Engine. Is this possible from some other option in the above mentioned configuration that we are running?

Attached below is a link which has caused us to ask this question. It is clearly seen there that the Integration Engine option is also available under the 'Monitoring' tab. I have also attached a screenshot of what our page looks like at present.

Hi,

in single stack you will not get integration engine.

the link you are following is for dual stack. that is why it has integration engine.

Hi Muniyappan,

Thank you for your very helpful reply. But, can we perform queue monitoring;ie; SMQ1 and SMQ2 on the messages in the Java-only stack. Is there an option available to perform that?

If so, kindly direct me to that option as it will be extremely helpful.

Hi Prithish

Since in single stack there is no ABAP stack, SMQ1 and SMQ2 will not work.

The queues that are involved in adapter engine can be monitored in the below way

go to adapter engine---> Adapter engine Status------>Additional Data
