I get notifications Monday - Friday, but never on Saturday and Sunday. where in SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP6 can i change this?

Also something else to verify, did the templates get set to only to Mon - Fri?
Is there a downtime schedule that was setup that could be suppressing the alerting?

Kindly check the below mention points
1. SCOT alert background job is running or getting failed on Saturday & Sunday?
2. Your Email server is up & running during those two days?
3. During holiday have you getting any alert message?

yes, i got alerts on thanksgiving day. we just got the templates copied three or four weeks. i am assuming that there is a setting somewhere for work week type limitations or something. i am still looking at the template level to see if there are any configs that would suppress alerts on specific days. There is really not much there that can be an issue, but again it is SAP Solution Manager...
