Mass upload documents in Solution documentation

Hi,

I am using Solman 7.1 SP6.

I have already uploaded many documents for particular document type in Business buleprint Solar01.

Now I want to upload  another 4 thousand documents for same document type.

I want to upload all these 4 thousand documents in 'Approved' status. How can I upload these docs directly in 'Approved' status instead of 'In Process'.

My query is can I upload documents in Approved status directly for documents type for which already many documents are uploaded.

My conecrn is whe we upload document it goes to 'In process' insted of 'Approved'.

I want to upload through LSMW.

Hi All,

We tried with below thing- We created one status schema with only Approved as status in status schema keeping document unlocked at this status. Once docs are uploaded and attributes are maintained ,we changed the status schema to real ones ( in which document is locked at approved status).

But, even if doc type is changed to real ones, it is not getting locked. Hence, document will remain in editable mode even after its status is apprroved which we don’t want.

Can you suggest workaround.???
