High Guys!
I have some days looking the answer for this error, I can't find it.
I already review almost all the information in this database, and there are many similiar issues but not for mine.
Let me explain
When this error happen?
1. This error happend when a billing document is generated VF01, then is stopped in VFX3.
Is there any special circunstances around this document?
1. The sales order of this document is based on a new Division 67, the old one was 60.
2. All documents (17 aprox) are stopped in VFX3
What about the error, is this tell you something?
1. Yes, the error told me that the range number doesn't exit for RX, the accounting document type. So, clear 😃
The obvius answer... added!
But obviously, this is not the answer...
What Have I reviewed?
1. The accounting document type, according with setting for division SO/Ch/Div -> Order type is RV (100% sure)
2. The settings for new division are correct, all the combinations are OK, with Sales Organization, Channel, Order Types, etc.
3. Range Number for RV are OK, two.
4. Range number for RX, obviosly doesn't exit, and Shoudldn't.
5. Division in Sales Order and Customer are OK
SO, I don't understand why the SAP is looking for RX documento, if all settings, seems to be OK
In fact, I find some anwers in some error databases, I there is no answer... just frustaiting.
Please HELP,
I'm just a basic SAP user, and Keyuser and other guys, haven't attend this.
I think, the best would be make a debug program to locate the error
Please Help again
Thank both for your answer and comments.
In FBN1 RX it doesn't exist, We don't use this accounting type, so, I must not create it.
Billing type F2 and ZF2O, in this case, in VOFA are set up correctly to RV.
The problem was located in an user exist.
When SPART =67, RV document is transfer to RX, so, that's why is trying to get a range number from RX.
Thank you vey much for your help and time

Order type is RV (100% sure)
It is not the order type but the billing type you need to check in VOFA.

Hi,
Could you check in FBN1 whether RX is in Current date or not
simultaneously you can maintain this number range in SNRO with Object type RF_BELEG
check and revert if it works
