Error in RFC connection between the client system and Solman

Hi,

I have a error in the LMDB transaction when creating connection RFCs between Solution Manager 7.1 SP08 and ECC Server 6.05.

In the transaccion LMDB, i have the information complete:

     Host:

               Ip, Fully Qualified Domain Name

     Tecnical System:

               Product Versions, Product Instances, System Database, Technical Instances, Abap Clients, Host, Destinations.

In "Destinations", RFC maintenance, i have a error creating RFCs Connection:

1-READ RFC:Error when opening an RFC connection (CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPOCMINIT' : cmRc=17 thRc=223

2-Error when opening an RFC connection (CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPOCMINIT' : cmRc=17 thRc=236.

have you fill "managed system hostname" and "solution manager hostname", on Maintenance RFC lmdb screen ?

Hello Edward, i can't see any image as indicate Reagan.

If you can use the RFC wizard from LMDB you can create it manually and assign it later, follow that manually steps:

1.,- go to managed system, sm59 transaction

2.- create a new RFC named SM_<solmanSYSID>CLNT<solmanclient>_BACK, type 3, EN language, user and password, and check authority checks for that RFC connection.

* for my system is:  SM_SMPCLNT444_BACK

3.- on SM59 in solution manager create a new RFC named  SM_<managedSYSID>CLNT<managedsystemClient>_READ, type 3, EN language, user and password, and check authority check for that RFC connection.

*for my system is: SM_PYBCLNT100_READ

4.- then, go to LMDB, select your system, select RFC tab and add manually the recent RFC that you have created manually.

* remember to create used clients manually if it is not created while you download data from SLD.

Thanks for answer.

I have create RFC manually.

RFC Name:

     SLMBRT100  Type 3   Target Host /H/200.71.58.71/H/192.168.1.10

     Logon:  Userx  client  100  and authority is SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW.

In transaccion SM59 this RFC connection test is OK and authoritation test is OK

I have assigned in LMDB transaction this RFC manually and continuos error.

Can you share a full screenshot of RFC screen  Edward ?

P.D: if RFC created manually works, you can avoid that rfc from the wizard. the rest of solman operations will work without problems.

The idea is activate the report Early Watch Alert, but i need connect "SOLMAN with server ECC" in the transaction LMDB.

Wrong screenshots Edward , i ask you for LMDB RFC maintenance screen.

Have you finish LMDB verification toll in green for that system ?

the ewa is scheduler automatically if you finish "Managed system setup" from solman_setup transaction. (if the rfc are working you will get the ewa on managed setup finish)

Unfortunately none of the screenshots are visible.

Could you upload the screen shots once again ?

Also check the trace files in the work directory and also the gateway trace to get some hints.
