Unable to enter a valid 'Pieces Unit of Measurement'

Hi,

When I am trying to create a Forwarding Order, the system is not allowing me to enter any other 'Item Hierarchy' other than a 'Container', no matter whatever MTr I use and when I create a 'Container' Item, it is greying out the 'Pieces Unit of Measurement' and is throwing the following error:

Messages for Forwarding Order $1 Item
	Pieces Unit of Measure ST is not valid

Hello Alice,

Have you configured the required item types and assigned them to this FWO type? You can configure this in SPRO. The path to this setting is: Transportation Management > Forwarding Order Management > Forwarding Order > Assign Item Types to Forwarding Order Types.
