Error while creating Planner

Hello Experts,

When we are trying to create a "Activity Survey" planner, we are getting an error message as shown in screen shot.

Could anyone suggest, what should be the configuration to overcome this issue.

Ramakrishna:

Try the following:

     1)  Make sure all necessary services are active

     2)  Check app log in TCode SLG1 for more info

     3)  Check ST22 for short dumps

     4)  Looks like OWP is active.  If so, check OSS Note 944221 to confirm ADS setup. 

     5)  Check OWP settings:  GRC=>Process Control=>Offline Workflow Processing

Hello Ramakrishna,

From the look of the error message I would suggest to check if ADS service is up and running on your Java stack.
