Where is the records in table EVVS from?

Hi all,

In table EVVS I see the combination of controlling area and progress version, my question is: where are these combinations configured? It is very strange that I found one controlling area assigned a customized progress version in EVVS table, but I can assure you that nowhere else did I see this progress version. I have checked through the configuration path: Project system->Progress->Progress Analysis but didn't find this progress version assigned to the controlling area.

Hi Danny

Progress Version in maintain in SPRO

Path is as follows

SAP Customizing Implementation Guide  > Project System  >  Progress > Progress Analysis >  Maintain Progress Version

Enter new entries and click on

Settings for Progress Analysis (Project System)

Here you have to maintain various parameters like controlling area, progress version, plan version,

also on what basis progress calculated (Earned Value basis, POC weighting, planning type, date)

all these values are coming in EVVS Table

Progress versions are maintained in configuration--controlling--Maintain Versions.
