RFC Error: No RFC authorization for user S-user ( BC_SOLMAN ).

Hello,

When I try to fetch SAP Components via DSWP -->EDIT -> Fetch SAP Components --> SAP Remote LOG ON Screen, and I entered Client 001, User: Sxxxxxxxxxx and S-User password, as soon as I hit the enter button...I get this error

"RFC Error: No RFC authorization for user Sxxxxxxxxxx ( BC_SOLMAN ).

I should get a something saying connection is success to SAP.....Does anyone had this problem? if yes, can you please tell me how did you fix the problem?

Hi,

For SAPOSS RFC, you <b>should not use S User id.</b>

The user name would bd <b>OSS_RFC</b> and the password would be <b>CPIC </b>Modify your RFC SAPOSS, with these details.

This will definitely solve your problem.

I had this same problem today. I also had an S user account set up up in DSWP. Once I changed it per your suggestion to use OSS_RFC with pwd CPIC it worked! Many thanks. I hope SAP gives you points and puts this as resolved now.
